The SLIMPLICITY Programme logo is a trademark of Glenville Nutrition together with other devices and words and should not be used in any other site’s material. It may be registered in certain parts of the world.

All materials are under the strict copyright protection of Glenville Nutrition Ltd©. No third party use of any of the materials is accepted unless by expressed prior wrttien agreement by the copyright holder. Copying or plagiarism of any part, or all, of the SLIMPLICITY Programme and services materials, in any capacity, shall automatically be deemed in acceptance of the copyright charge of £5,000 minimum and may be greater, depending on the user platform. Charges will be implemented immediately.

Personal information and how it is used
To join a SLIMPLICITY Programme we request the following personal information: first name, surname, email address, current weight, current height, health details and food preferences. This information, and any personal information received thereafter, is used for the purpose of personalising your experience of the SLIMPLICITY Programme. You should ensure this information is accurate and we would refer you to the section headed ‘Disclaimer’ listed in these Terms and Conditions.
Information collected by SLIMPLCITY will be used to analyse the performance of SLIMPLICITY and its associated services; for internal auditing and record keeping; to improve the quality of our products and services; to send you product updates, special offers and information on services and events via email or by post. We may also contact you occasionally for market research purposes via email, post or phone.
The SLIMPLICITY Programme understands the value of security and has implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from unauthorised access, improper use and disclosure, unauthorised destruction or accidental loss.
As required by the UK Data Protection laws, SLIMPLICITY follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally require proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Disclosure of information
In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over us or all or any part of our assets, that insolvency practitioner may transfer your information to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use your information for the same purposes as set out in this policy. We undertake not to provide your personal information to third parties save in accordance with this policy. Your information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions save as required by law or other binding regulations.
Disclaimer of warranty and liability
The SLIMPLICITY Programme course participation is not intended as a substitute for any advice or treatment prescribed by a doctor. Information given here should not be used for diagnosing or treating a health problem. If you have a medical condition which may be adversely affected by exercise you should consult your doctor before following any exercise information given here.
Whilst the information provided on the SLIMPLICITY Programme has not been written to meet your individual requirements, it is your sole responsibility to satisfy yourself prior to ordering any products or services from us that they are suitable for your purposes.
Neither we nor any of our employees or affiliated entities will be liable for any kind of damages, and howsoever arising including without limitation, loss of profits, compensatory, consequential, direct, exemplary, incidental, indirect, punitive or special, damages or any liability which you may have to a third party, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
These terms and this disclaimer and any claim based on use of information from this website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
Your right to cancel your course participation
If you sign up to a SLIMPLICITY Programme you have 30 days to participate in the Programme within which time you have the right to cancel your commitment. The right finishes 30 days after either the deposit or the full amount has been paid.

Pausing SLIMPLICITY course participation
In exceptional circumstances, SLIMPLICITY Programme attendance can be paused and resumed at a later date.

Supplement ordering agreement
By placing a supplement order whilst on the SLIMPLICITY Programme, you are confirming that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only. SLIMPLICITY Programme supplements are not supplied on a sale or return basis.
When you register within the time you see on the countdown clock on the webinar page, you will qualify for a 20% saving on any premium-quality Natural Health Practice (NHP) supplements for 12 months from the date of programme sign up.
Your exclusive SLIMPLICITY programme prices are solely for your personal benefit and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
Returns on additional NHP supplement purchases
SLIMPLICITY Programme goods can only be accepted for return in the following circumstances:
Incorrect supply by The Natural Health Practice (NHP) our supplement supplier of choice
The requirement to return goods must be notified to The Natural Health Practice – within 7 days of receipt of order.
The SLIMPLICITY Programme is intended for use by those over the age of 18 years. People under 16 can join a SLIMPLICITY Programme with a note from their GP.
The SLIMPLICITY Programme and all associated services are not intended as a substitute for any advice or treatment prescribed by a doctor.
It is the responsibility of each SLIMPLICITY Programme attendee to ensure that there are no medical reasons why they should not embark upon this weight management programme. If in any doubt at all, a health professional’s advice should be sought.
The SLIMPLICITY Programme medical policy is:
- SLIMPLICITY Programme is not available to members under the age of 18.
- Anyone who has any medical problems, is taking any medication, is pregnant or breast-feeding must disclose this information during registration.
- SLIMPLICITY Programme participants with diabetes or coeliac disease will be able to benefit fully from SLIMPLICITY Programme and should always incorporate the advice given by their care team or GP.
- These supplements are not recommended for any person taking steroids
If you have a medical condition which may be adversely affected by exercise you should consult your doctor before following any exercise information given. It is required that each SLIMPLICITY Programme participant takes personal responsibility for themselves when doing any exercise which has been advised by The SLIMPLICITY Programme or their representative. If at any time while exercising a SLIMPLICITY Programme participant feels any ill effects then they must stop doing the exercise and it is advisable that they check this out with their doctor.
We always recommend members follow the medical and any dietary advice they have been given by their doctor or other health professional.
