Long Covid Nutritional Health Screen
Are you experiencing symptoms that have lasted after having had Covid?
The World Health Organisation defines long Covid as symptoms that start (usually) within three months of having Covid, last for at least two months, and can’t be explained by another condition.
Symptoms of long Covid can include:
Extreme fatigue
Muscle aches
Brain fog – difficulty with memory and concentration
Insomnia
Loss of smell
Shortness of breath
Heart palpitations
Depression
Anxiety
Joint pains
There isn’t one single test that can diagnose long Covid, so this is an important Health Screen that will check for the different underlying causes. Long Covid may be multifactorial with a number of different aspects contributing to your symptoms.
This Health Screen checks your liver and kidney health, thyroid function, blood count, heart health, muscle and joint health, iron levels, infection and inflammation, pancreatic health, vitamin D level, omega 6 and 3 ratio, diabetes risk and tryptase.
Our team of highly qualified nutritionists, all trained to the protocols of Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD, draw on their expertise to work with you to create the nutrition and lifestyle plan to achieve your goals. Your Nutritional Plan will provide you with specialist nutrition and lifestyle advice to help reduce your risk of disease and optimise your health needs.
The carefully selected tests in this Long Covid Nutritional Health Screen will show you whether you are deficient in any of the important vitamins, minerals and essentials fats that are crucial for your health.
To discuss the Nutritional Health Screen in depth we invite you to a 15-minute discovery call with one of our nutritionitsts who will be able to answer your queries and help you decide the righ course of action for your needs.
